Here we are in Lubbock Texas visiting Sean, Kate and Ellie. Last night we went to Rudy's for Texas BBQ. All I can say is YUM! Today our adventure was to see the Silent Airplane Museum and learned all about these gliders and there part in the war.

Then we went home for lunch and to let Ellie have her afternoon nap. When she woke up we took off to the Buddy Holly Museum and had fun looking at all the stuff that had to do with him. Out in front of the Museum is a LARGE pair of glasses (frames). It was fun taking our pictures in front of it.
It's been great to be here with Sean, Kate and Ellie. Ellie is growing fast. She is adorable and warmed up to us very fast. GeeMa and Grumpa have enjoyed playing with her and giving her love! Tomorrow morning we leave for home. I think both Rob and I are ready but part of us would like to not have to get back to reality. Ready or not here we come.

Hooray! You made it to Texas. Get enough hugs from Ellie to last you until she comes to California (and give Sean a hug or two while you're at it).
