We have had a ton of carrots in the garden so I thought I'd pickle some again this year

Well not diced but sliced anyway!
Canning jars washed and sterilized! Safe canning practices here!
Nice jar of spicy pickled carrots.
MORE jars of spicy pickled carrots!!!! In about 6 weeks they should be yummy!
